Paul Flint and Brian Green of KPMG LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of the Pilkington's Group Plc, Pilkington's Tiles Ltd and Quiligotti Access Flooring Ltd (the "Companies") on 14 June 2010.
The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators
The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability
Paul Flint and Brian Green are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
